Improve Indoor Air Quality. Optimize ventilation. Breathe easy.

We all feel a spike of anxiety when the “Service Engine Soon” light comes on while we’re driving.

Service what part of the engine? How long can I continue to drive before catastrophe strikes?

Now imagine you’re a facilities manager in charge of ensuring the air quality of a school, hospital, or commercial building. Our response to the COVID-19 pandemic had to be fast and emphatic. As a result, we ignored the troubleshooting processes we’d normally use to determine which part of the engine needs to be serviced and took immediate action.

No warning lights are on, but we’ve been told to increase ventilation, increase filtration, and to keep relative humidity between 40 and 60.

Don’t we all prefer the “Change Engine Oil Soon” light? It’s direct, understandable. When it comes to taking action, there’s no guesswork involved.

As a facilities manager, wouldn’t you feel better knowing IF your building has an air quality problem? And if it does, wouldn’t it be nice to know WHAT and WHERE the problem is?

Introducing AntrumX™.

The first step to improving your Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) is to know your air. AntrumX continuously monitors and reports IAQ from a single location, substantially reducing maintenance costs while providing you with data you need to optimize ventilation, increase energy efficiency, and improve Indoor Air Quality.

Here’s how it works.

  1. Using vacuum pressure, AntrumX continuously pulls air from each room to the centrally located control panel.
  2. The air from each room is sampled every 15 minutes by digital sensors and exhausted outside.
  3. IAQ data is sent to your building’s BMS and stored securely on AntrumEYE™, our cloud-based portal, which delivers readings and detailed reports directly to your computer or phone.

Investing in the future

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the question of how to ensure building and occupant health has never been more pressing. At Antrum, we know that the science behind Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) is always evolving. That’s why we’ve designed AntrumX on a scalable platform, so that as the science of Indoor Air Quality and what constitutes a WELL™ building evolves, our customers can too.
